Chris' Works

I have been interrogating the electoral-spatial distribution of legislative power at Local, State & Federal Government levels.

The first work I have contributed is examining the new boundaries dividing the Federal Divisions of Durack & O'Connor from one another and how they overlap the State Electoral Region of 'Agricultural' (blank colour) & 'South-West' (in Red, combined with Federal Divisions of Pearce/Canning/Forrest). Thus I am proposing a great people's army be rased from amongst the working-class of the South-West and the Farmers of the Wheatbelt and a new Territory be made over the South-West/Agricultural corner of WA, with State Electoral Region 'Mining & Pastoral' beyond being divided between Federal Divisions of Durack & O'Connor into 2 more Territories.

In the second work I have overlayed the State Electoral Region of 'Southern Metropolitan' with Local Government Areas that are grouped into the Southern Metropolitan Regional Council.
This is in order to suggest that the Southern Metropolitan Regional Council should take over the City of Canning, the City of South Perth & the Town of Victoria Park in order to consistently control the  entire Electoral Region of 'Southern Metropolitan' (though the City of Gosnells & the City of Armadale are mostly in the Eastern Region).

I have split the Suburb of Applecross in half (seperating by erasure) along the barricades against 'rat-running' recently installed on the eastern boundary. The population of the western half of Applecross alone is roughly comparable to the suburb directly to the south called Ardross. Thus I ask what a Suburb really is by proclaiming this Mini-Suburb of Westeross.

I found an upper-case letter A hidden in the Suburb of Coolbellup and have erased around it to make apparent the apparition. Some Urban Planner may have wanted someone like me to find it, or it could be a coincidence (I couldn't find any other letters). It is approximately the size of a Consejo Comunal in Venezuela, which is a micro-democratic entity of Territorial Socialism. Perhaps this is its' relational meaning. In particular aesthetically it may be an A for Anarchy.
